For rent: Cozy 4-room attic apartment for a single person from July 1, 2026
We are renting a cozy 4-room attic apartment with a living area of approximately 60 m².
The apartment has several rather small rooms, while the living room is relatively spacious. The attic location brings partially low ceiling heights and characteristic roof slopes.
The existing wooden floor is covered with carpets. Due to the construction method, there may be noise transfers (ringing) and creaking noises in some areas.
Due to these circumstances, the apartment is only suitable for a SINGLE PERSON. A strict smoking ban applies in the apartment and in the staircase. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The bathroom has its own VZUG washing machine. A small basement compartment is also included in the rental apartment. The apartment is located directly on the lake promenade in Arth (see picture with lake view)
The apartment does not have a balcony and no dishwasher.
The property does not have any free parking spaces. Directly on the lake in the Naberi parking zone, 20m away, a parking permit can be applied for from the municipality
The ancillary costs are CHF 250 (in addition to the net rent of CHF 1050)
