We are a quiet, peaceful, somewhat alternative shared flat in an old charming house with a lot of space, room, and surroundings.
The house belongs to my 85-year-old dad :)
Inside, it's partially renovated, the outdoor area is transforming from wilderness to a beautiful garden with lounge, grill, sunbeds, etc. and a lot of surroundings :)
The river, the pool, shopping opportunities, bus stop, etc. are all within a few minutes' walk, and the Zofingen train station is only 5 minutes away by bike.
If you like simplicity, peace, creativity, garden, and self-sufficiency, you're in the right place.
We are not vegans or vegetarians and reject judgment and extremes.
Also, hard drugs or alcohol.
The rooms and the entire house are furnished, it has everything you need to live. Also, good internet. :) and everything is included in the price.
The room could also be used as an office.
The "green" room costs 750 CHF per month
The red room has the same price, and a new bed will be added.
Additionally, there is a house key deposit (one-time) for the house key.
There is also 1 parking space for 80 CHF per month.
For 2 people, there is a surcharge of 150 CHF per month.
