We, a helpful mechanic (59), a shy specialist in care (34), a friendly nurse (56), a committed senior (68), and an open-hearted HPWS teacher (54) with 1 quiet, well-behaved dog and 3 curious alpacas, 9 chickens with a rooster, share a fully equipped infrastructure, including a kitchen, two bathrooms, a winter garden, an entrance hall, a laundry room, and a natural cellar, as well as a large park garden (with a pond, party pavilion, outdoor chimney, and barbecue area, lounge, summer table group, workshop, and herb garden). We are looking for a non-smoking, animal-loving, social, uncomplicated, and not night-active flatmate. Unfortunately, due to social service-related reasons, we cannot consider social welfare recipients. We are not a purpose-built shared apartment, nor a pension; shared leisure time, meals, cooking... should always be voluntary and self-responsible. We live 3 minutes' walk from the forest/Aare Uttigwelle and the train station (S1 line Thun-Bern). The room (CHF 770 all-inclusive per month) is expected to be available from June 1st or July 1st. It is furnished, but can also be emptied if desired.
