In a village in the picturesque Linth valley at the foot of the snow-covered mountains, we offer a 5.5-room brick house with an area of 125 m² and a 650 m² large garden.
The house is located in a private street in the rear area, which provides additional privacy. The garage is freestanding and only 2 minutes' walk from the house. In 2025, fiber optic cables for fast internet with up to 10 Gbit/s were installed.
The house was completely renovated in 2022, including the kitchen, guest toilet, and bathroom with shower, and further repairs were carried out in 2025. The living room has a laminate floor, the guest room and bedrooms have cork floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen, guest room, and guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are bathrooms with shower and three more bedrooms, two of which have access to a balcony with a view of the snow-covered mountain peaks. The basement offers spacious storage facilities, including a spacious refrigerator with freezer and a special room with clay floor for storing fresh fruit and vegetables. The house also has additional rooms for a washing machine with dryer and a separate room for storing garden equipment. The attic above the entire house can also be used for storage or drying herbs and fruits.
The house can be rented either completely or partially furnished or only with household and garden appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the basement.
The village has a good infrastructure: there is a Volg supermarket, the GLK bank, an ATM, a kindergarten, and primary and secondary schools up to the 9th grade, dental and medical practices, hair and cosmetic salons, car service garages and gas stations, as well as several cafes and restaurants. The train station is 5 minutes' walk away. From there, you can reach Zurich in just 1.5 hours by train. The Braunwaldbahn station is 10 minutes' walk away and offers direct access to the Braunwald ski area. From May to October, when the Klausenpass is passable, you can quickly reach the Gotthard tunnel and travel to Italy from there. The village also hosts several events throughout the year, such as the Alpendorf-Chilbi and the Dorfchilbi or bike/car races (Klausenrennen).
