It is only 12 min from the main train station, 4 min from the Flon, 17 minutes from UNIL and 22 minutes from EPFL. The contract to be signed is a sublease. Internet (10 Gb fibre) and electricity charges are shared, at around CHF 40 per person per month. The total cost of the room, including all charges, is CHF 830.
To apply for this shared flat, you will need to provide the following information: proof of identity, employment contract or study certificate, and the last two pay slips or a guarantor's certificate.
