A spot is opening up in our great villa shared house in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne.
We're looking for someone in the workforce (man or woman) to join us as soon as possible (exact date to discuss) and live with 4 other housemates aged 30 to 39 who are motivated by communal living.
Life at our place: each person has their own space and freedom but we enjoy getting together, for example in front of a series, a good meal or a sports session, depending on everyone's wishes and tastes.
In this large, bright 7.5-room villa, an unfurnished room is waiting for you. You'll share a bathroom with one or two people.
The fully equipped house has a garden, parking spaces, a laundry room, a cellar, etc.
Located close to an LEB stop in a quiet residential area on the edge of the countryside, the house is near all the amenities of Cheseaux and Étagnières (restaurants, pub le Galion, supermarkets, etc.).
Transport: Lausanne-Flon in 20 minutes by LEB, train every 15 minutes, Crissier-Renens accessible by direct bus and highways in less than 10 minutes.
Rent: 1150 CHF per month including all charges (electricity, water, heating, internet, cleaning, fees, Swisscaution, insurance) and a communal budget.
Animals are not allowed.
