Room for rent (possibility of furnished laundry room, to be discussed) in a lovely, bright and quiet house, ideal for a pleasant co-location for 2 people: myself and another person.

The house has a very large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom as well as a large outdoor garden, perfect for enjoying the nice days. Parking spaces are also available just in front of the house.

The train station is only 5 minutes on foot and a small shop 2 minutes on foot, which makes the location very practical for daily needs.

There is also a very gentle and calm dog in the house, which is why I unfortunately do not accept other animals.

I would prefer to share this co-location with a woman, but I remain open to any proposal after discussion.

The rental would be rather for a determined period, but that remains to be discussed: any proposal is welcome.
