In a quiet and natural location, we rent cost-effective, furnished 1-room apartments. Despite the rural surroundings, the highway entrance in the direction of Lucerne, Zurich, and Zug is only about 10 minutes away. With public transportation, you can also reach the center of Muri AG or Merenschwand in just 10 minutes.

The apartments each have their own kitchen and a bathroom with shower / WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. A laundry room is available for your laundry. All apartments are non-smoking. On the upper floor, there is a general terrace for all tenants of the property.

- One or two single beds with comfortable mattresses and bed linen

- Towels

- TV

- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery

- Small table with chairs, wardrobe

Included in the price are:

- All ancillary costs for water, electricity, heating

The minimum rental period is 4 months. The rent deposit is three months' rent each.
