Temporary living - Holiday home - Emergency accommodation
Our furnished house in Arbon is rented out on a monthly basis for "temporary living". Ideal, for example, for longer holidays, family visits, and residential transition or emergency situations.
It is located on Seemoosholzstrasse in Arbon on the Swiss Lake Constance shore. The rental takes place on a monthly basis. The minimum rental period is 1 month. Weekly rentals are no longer offered.
The house offers comfortable space for 5-6 people with its 3 bedrooms and a total of 5 beds (4 beds 90x200 cm, 1 bed 140x200 cm).
Price in the summer months per month 2650 francs including electricity, internet, TV, water, sewage, parking.
In the months when heating is required, the price increases significantly - by the current costs for oil heating at the time. Unfortunately, the heating costs are subject to such large fluctuations due to the current world situation that we cannot name a flat rate here.
The price for final cleaning is 220 francs.
Available in the furnished house: bed linen, hairdryer, towels, washing machine, dryer, and a functionally equipped kitchen.
