A beautiful half-timbered house with 8 rooms and lounge attic for joint living with good public transport connection and many parking spaces and garage/workshop. Your partner is also welcome at any time and for your guests, there are also opportunities for short-term overnight stays in the attic or on the couch. (e.g. when visiting or after a party) We are uncomplicated, and with the agreement of the flatmates, the living room can also be used exclusively for one evening, for example, for a party.


There is 1 kitchen with 2 different workspaces, a bar with cooking facilities, 2 bathrooms (one bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower/WC, the other with bathtub and shower/WC), 1 living room, and 1 dining room (with large tile stove) available.

The living room on the 1st floor and the dining room/silence room on the ground floor with a large tile stove, a very large basement with fitness equipment, and a huge attic are available for all to use, including guests. A new sauna and a bar will be built in the basement in winter.
