We are looking for a third roommate.
We offer a 9m2 room ideal for a student or a young adult who is entering the workforce!
Located in Chavannes near Renens, in a peaceful residential area, less than 10 minutes on foot from Renens train station, less than half an hour on foot from the lake shore of EPFL and UNIL.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building renovated 8 years ago, the common areas include a living/dining room with a large balcony, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room in the basement with dryer.
We also have a supervised and locked bike garage.
The building is well insulated, it's cool in summer, warm in winter.
There is a small communal garden with a river that is ideal for cooling off during the summer heat.
There are several parks with a small forest and several shops in the immediate vicinity, including mainly: a post office, two Denner, a Sunday shop and a public swimming pool, about 5 minutes on foot.
We are two students and independent artists in our twenties (fashion design and music), we are ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
Above all, someone who is queer-friendly and for whom cats are not a problem.
We are not manic about cleaning, there is a schedule for the common areas and we try to keep the place welcoming for everyone.
We sometimes have parties, but always within reasonable limits and with respect for each person's potential imperatives.
The atmosphere in the shared accommodation is convivial and welcoming, and we hope you will feel at home quickly!
Access to WiFi and household insurance are included in the rent price.
The electricity bill will be divided into three equal parts every three months.
