The building is located on the northeastern edge of the village of Weisslingen in a well-sunned residential area.

The building will take on the external appearance of a modern formal language in its architectural style and will integrate optimally into the environment. Access is via the Burggasse and leads directly to the shared garage, which is prepared for e-mobility with basic installation.
