All rooms are laid with Feinsteinzeug plates, which have the design of a parquet floor. The windows are made of plastic and have triple glazing. The lamella shutters are electric in all rooms and a sun shutter connection is provided in the area of the covered seating area or the covered terrace. There are sufficient sockets and switches in all rooms. Additionally, there are multimedia connections in all rooms, including the living room.



All apartments have their own washing machine and their own tumble dryer. All kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a steamer. The worktops are made of granite and the kitchen fronts are resin-coated.



In the basement there is a heated lounge, bicycle room, installation/technical room and separate cellar compartments. All of these have power connections that run on the apartment meters.



Each apartment has a carport with a power connection, which can be rented for CHF 120/month.



The property has a gas heating system supported by a solar system for heating and hot water preparation. The heat is emitted via a low-temperature underfloor heating system.
