Hello,
I am looking for one or two people to take over my furnished apartment as a subtenant during my six-month stay abroad.
The apartment is located in a central area in Kreuzlingen, only about 100 meters from the lake and the German border. The house has a total of nine units; people know each other and value a pleasant and considerate coexistence.
My apartment is on the first floor, is 45 m² in size, and has a bedroom (with a very comfortable bed, 180 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed and access to the balcony, a kitchen with a large dining table, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
I will clear all closets for you, and the furniture will remain in the apartment.
The rent includes all additional costs such as heating, water, and electricity. For security, I would charge a deposit of three months' rent.
