Description
From July 1, 2026, or at a date to be agreed, I am looking for a solvent sublessee for a 2.5-room apartment on the third and top floor of the building with its own private external parking space.
The apartment has been partially renovated recently and is structured as follows:
An entrance hall/corridor with built-in wardrobes,
telephone and internet connection.
On both sides of the entrance hall/corridor are the sleeping area and the living room.
Centrally located is the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Each room in the apartment has its own door with a lock, its own lighting, sockets, and wall heaters. Large external balcony with a retractable sunshade and accessible from both sides through the window doors. On the ground floor, there is a small private storage room with a lock and a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The building is located:
100 meters from the public transport stop,
130 meters from a pharmacy,
400 meters from a Coop grocery store.
Costs:
Monthly rent: CHF 850
Monthly ancillary costs: CHF 200
Monthly price for the external private parking space: CHF 50
Total monthly costs: CHF 1'100
Contract duration until January 31, 2028, and terminable with a notice period of three months.
The electricity costs are calculated separately (two annual statements) through the local municipal company (ams).
A valid rental guarantee contract (through SwissCaution or goCaution) is required, as well as an excerpt from the enforcement and bankruptcy register and further documentation, which will be specified later through the completion of the sublease form, to be sent directly to the building administration for suitability.
