There is the possibility to rent an outdoor parking space for CHF 45.– or a garage parking space for CHF 110.– per month.

According to our rental guidelines, families, single parents with children under 10 years old, and couples are preferred when renting apartments of 65 m² or more. Single persons are also welcome to apply, but will not be given priority.

Since this is a cooperative apartment, cooperative shares in the amount of CHF 4'000.00 are due upon rental instead of a rental deposit.
