I am subletting my 3-room apartment of about 75m2, located on the lake shore in Vevey and which includes:

- 2 bedrooms
- open kitchen to living room
- hall
- wardrobe

There are no cellars or parking spaces (a parking permit must be requested) and there is a shared laundry room.

The apartment is urgently available for rent from May 1st, 2026, for a period of 1 year (which is the maximum limit for subletting). I am looking for a person or a couple who is discreet and respectful, you will be officially registered and enrolled with the population control office.

The rent is 2'050 CHF including charges, liability, household insurance, and WiFi.
