The apartment is currently being renovated. The renovation work will be completed around mid-June 2026. However, viewing appointments are possible before that. The photos are of the same apartment on the 3rd floor directly above.

The apartment will be equipped with modern oak parquet flooring and freshly painted. The wardrobe at the entrance will be replaced by a fixed installed solid wood furniture.
