The apartment is very large, nice and bright. It is ideal for a space-loving single person, a couple or for a large family. The apartment has been well maintained and taken care of. The house has a nice little garden and is very family-friendly. This very well-located apartment in the middle of the village and with good comfort will please you very much.

There is a good atmosphere in the house with mostly long-term tenants, so you will feel at home. The tenants take care of the staircase together and keep the house in good order, so the additional costs are pleasantly low, as a caretaker has never had to be installed. The apartment was recently used as an office, before that the last tenants were in the house for over 40 years and only left due to old age.

There are many green spaces between the houses in the neighborhood. The house is also very well located in terms of traffic, as all shops can be reached in just a few minutes. You can quickly reach Lucerne and the surrounding area by car or public transport. A parking space can be rented for CHF 60 per month directly in front of the house. If desired, a parking space can also be rented in the adjacent parking garage for CHF 130.
