In the living/dining room, there is a cozy fireplace and a complete window front with a sliding door facing the garden.

On the ground floor, in addition to the kitchen and the living/dining room, there are three bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

In the basement, there is another bedroom, the laundry room, various storage rooms, and a double garage with an electric garage door.

There is a stairlift to the basement and an attic over the entire living area.

The house is connected to a water softening system. Throughout the house, there are many built-in closets, and in the attic, over the entire house area, there is additional storage space.
