My roommate and I (31 & 26) live in a house that is used as a shared apartment. Our third roommate is moving out at the end of August, which means a room will become available. The room is basically available from the beginning of September (possibly earlier). The house has a spacious garden with a seating area, outdoor parking, basement, workshop, attic, front yard, and a bicycle/motorcycle shelter, two living rooms, large TV (with TV connection), PS4, Wi-Fi, cable internet up to the room, and much more.
The room can also be furnished if desired.
We value order and cleanliness in the common areas and punctual rent payments. In return, freedom and tolerance are highly valued. We are very uncomplicated and rely on good communication.
