We are looking for a new tenant in our shared house. The shared house is located in St. Margrethen, 10 minutes walk from the main station. Very idyllic and quiet location (dead-end street) on the mountain with a fantastic view of Lake Constance.
We are a few young people and are looking forward to a new roommate
The following is available for general use:

- Outdoor parking space, possibly also a garage parking space for a surcharge
- large balcony that goes around half the house
- spacious garden terrace with sufficient seating and space for grilling
- large fire pit with a diameter of 120cm
- garden furniture
- dreamy view that stretches from St. Margrethen to Austria and Germany
- spacious kitchen with dishwasher and view of the garden
- large living room with dining area
- washing machine and dryer
- wardrobe with shoe rack
- plenty of storage space
- workshop with tools of all kinds
- two bathrooms (shower and bathtub)
- a huge garden (approx. 1000sqm) on several levels and sunbathing that lasts until late in the evening
- direct access to the forest from the property with many hiking opportunities

All rooms (except for your roommates') are available for general use. Kitchen utensils are sufficiently available, but you can of course also bring your own.
