Personally, I only need 1 room, I've been living very simply lately. For shared use are the bathroom (with shower and washing machine), hallway, large terrace (approx. 28sqm, partially covered) and kitchen. The bedroom is a pass-through room to the bathroom, so you should be able to cope with that, as I need to shower once a day and do laundry on weekends. I have my own toilet. Included are Wi-Fi, electricity, and water as long as it remains within reasonable limits. TV is only possible via the internet (APP). A cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks. A vacuum robot is in use 2 times a week, so I would be happy if it were a clean and tidy person who wants to move in. Public transportation (bus) is available 1 minute away.
