The rent of 1050.- Swiss francs per month includes the furnished room, utilities, electricity, Wi-Fi and TV network, water and heating, dishwasher, bedding and bath towels, as well as access to the laundry room once a week and shared use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet, and bathroom according to agreement.
Rather for long-term rental: minimum 6 months, renewable.
