Description
We are looking for a reliable and sympathetic subtenant (or a couple) for our 2.5-room attic apartment from September to December.
Since we will be traveling during this time, we want to put our beloved apartment in good hands. The apartment is bright, spacious, fully equipped, quietly located, and offers a dreamy view of the mountains. It's the perfect place to recharge, whether on one of our two balconies or in the wonderful surroundings.
What the apartment offers:
Living: Two very generous, brightly furnished rooms. A 1.80m double bed & a guest bed.
Location: Pure nature! A nature reserve for walks is directly in front of the door, the Aare is about 5 minutes' walk away. A Migros with a bakery is also within 5 minutes' reach.
Extra: A beautiful, large garden for shared use, a hobby room in the basement, and in winter the possibility of heating with wood. A laundry room with a tumble dryer is also available.
The special thing: Our chicken shared flat Our garden includes 8 charming dwarf and silk chickens. They are tame, friendly, and adventurous. We are looking for someone who will take over our part of the chicken team.
The deal: In a 3-week rhythm, you take over the chicken care (feeding, stall control, manure removal) for one week. Don't worry, we'll show you how it's done.
The bonus: As a thank you, all the eggs laid during this week belong to you!
We wish for someone who appreciates our apartment and the surroundings just as much as we do.
