Located in a prominent and central location near Sarnen train station, the meticulously restored Salt House can be found. The historic building underwent a comprehensive renovation of all structures and surfaces, and the electrical, sanitary, and heating installations (district heating) were completely renewed.

In the upper floors, three spacious, very beautiful apartments have been created.

The surfaces present in the apartments, such as parquet floors, wooden wall and ceiling paneling, were carefully reused. A special feature is not only the individual doors but also the elaborately restored, optionally heated tile stoves, which give these unique apartments a cozy atmosphere.

Modern, bright kitchens with high-quality appliances and plenty of storage space await creative cooks. Additionally, the apartments have new, friendly bathrooms with windows. Besides a bathroom with a shower and toilet, the master bathroom with a bathtub and toilet offers a spacious room.

The southwest side of the house was extended by a bay window on each floor, which is designed as a loggia. This apartment also has two additional balconies.

In the attic, each apartment has an oversized attic room available, and in the basement, a cellar room.
