This exceptional attic apartment combines historic charm with modern living comfort. The lovingly restored farmhouse apartment is located in the farmhouse Moosmatt in the residential community of Biberist and offers a unique living ambiance with a lot of history and character.
The farmhouse was built in 1890 and was part of the Gerber family's farm. The farm included, in addition to the residential and commercial building, a former spring water well in the south. For many years, the family ran one of the oldest wheelwright shops in Switzerland. In this area, there is now a staircase with direct access to the garden. The original roof truss with its impressive beam layers could be preserved and is largely visible in the apartments.
