There are wonderful restaurants throughout the neighborhood, whether you're looking for Swiss or international cuisine. The Basel Natural History Museum is located in the Altstadt Grossbasel, a wonderful outing for the whole family, as well as the unique Toy Museum on the edge of the neighborhood. With local buses and trams, you can easily get around the neighborhood and commute to other parts of Basel.
