The unit is completed by a pleasant, livable balcony that offers an ideal outdoor space for moments of relaxation.

Each apartment will be equipped with a convenient, exclusive cellar for private use.

Furthermore, owners will have the opportunity to access the Spa within the structure, as well as the ski and mountain bike storage. And if you are winter sports enthusiasts, you will be happy to know that you can access, with skis on your feet, directly to the Pian Cales ski lifts.
