The large plot of land with lawn area can be used as follows:

• Creating a vegetable or fruit garden (e.g. tomatoes, salad, berry bushes, apple tree)

• Planting flowers, shrubs, hedges or lawns

• Maintenance and pruning of shrubs and trees (in compliance with the boundary distances according to the Swiss Civil Code)

• Setting up garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, hammock, etc.)

• Setting up decorations such as statues, fountains, solar lamps, garden gnomes

• Barbecuing with charcoal, gas or electric grill

• Setting up a paddling pool or small inflatable pool (usually possible without a permit up to about 50 cm in height)

• Children playing in the garden (e.g. trampoline, swing, sandbox)

• Using the garden for yoga, sunbathing, reading, etc.

• Small animal enclosures (e.g. for rabbits or guinea pigs), provided that no noise pollution is caused

• Setting up a tent for a garden party (provided that noise protection is observed)

• Temporary use for a private celebration (birthday, barbecue evening)
