The nearest beach is in Positano. The name of this villa is due to the fact that it is located in the middle of a large, terraced olive grove that overlooks the sea. The property extends over 10,000 m2 of land, planted with olive and fruit trees, and has numerous fascinating footpaths. Villa gli Ulivi was built around its 6 x 10 m large swimming pool, which is surrounded by several outdoor living areas furnished with bamboo furniture and represents a charming meeting point for its guests. The villa consists of 4 separate residential units, which were built on different levels, partly autonomous buildings; they are all connected by beautiful outdoor paths that have arisen from the irregularity of the surrounding soil. Furthermore, a fantastic garden with rich vegetation and numerous hidden niches was created. By dividing the villa into several living units, each bedroom was converted into a true suite; they are all carefully and differently furnished, ranging from rustic to oriental to 18th-century furniture. The two main residential units have large panoramic windows and air conditioning. Villa gli Ulivi combines the characteristic architecture of the past with modern comforts.

Large, panoramic terrace with bamboo furniture for outdoor living/dining. On the terrace above the kitchen, there is a gazebo with a grill-chimney and a pizza oven.
