By arrangement, we rent out versatile storage facilities at an optimally connected location at Schwarzwaldallee 10, Basel.

The property is located directly opposite the Tinguely Museum and is ideally connected by public transport (bus nos. 30/31/36/38/42) and by individual transport.

The rooms at Schwarzwaldallee 10 can be accessed via a separate entrance on Grenzacherstrasse. The object access is via a manually operated tilt door. The front area of the entrance can be driven on by a car or also by a small truck. The actual workshop room is located 1/2 story below street level and is accessed by a staircase and a manually operated lift.

The facilities have no daylight and are also not heated, but are versatile and have a toilet facility and running water.
