All apartments have a secondary residence status but can be used as a primary residence without losing the secondary residence status. The entire building has four apartments, which are characterized by spacious, bright, and open room layouts. In the basement, there is a technical room (heating), two cellars, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, a laundry room, and a hobby room/guest room. On the ground floor, there is a 2-room apartment and a 3.5-room apartment. A south-facing balcony also invites you to enjoy the sun and the mountain landscape. But also its special character, its friendly inhabitants, and their traditions make this village in the Upper Valais unique. The center is easily accessible from the apartment. Zermatt itself is car-free and can be reached with a special permit via the Täsch-Zermatt road or with the Matterhorn-Gotthard train from Täsch. The Täsch-Zermatt connection runs around the clock from Thursday to Sunday. The rest of the week until midnight. In the village itself, transportation is by electric taxi or horse-drawn carriage.
