In a quiet location with a view of the dreamy mountain panorama, we are building this wonderful modern chalet with 5.5 rooms.

The plot is located in the village center of Alvaneu Bad on a small quarter street. On the opposite side of this street, a small stream flows with its wonderful gurgling. On your sun terrace, you will spend a lot of time during the numerous sunny hours and relax with the peace and the panoramic view.

During the architectural development, the materiality was chosen according to the local and landscape image, such as the wooden facade made of sun-burned larch or the corrugated iron roof made of titanium zinc. The alpine flower meadow is intended to support biodiversity, and the terrain is to be preserved in its original state. The single-story annex (garage) will be executed with an extensively greened flat roof, and a roof-integrated photovoltaic system is planned on the south roof.

Thus, a remarkable project was created in sustainable wood construction, CO2 neutral and with very high energy efficiency. Wood ensures a cozy and healthy room climate and promotes well-being. The diffusion-open construction allows the house to "breathe". The pleasant scent of wood exudes naturalness and has a calming effect.

The luxurious interior design with Valser quartzite, old wood furniture and kitchen, old wood doors, old wood walls, fireplace, and freestanding bathtub characterizes this chalet. The open-ceiling construction in the living and dining room with heights of up to 4.90 meters stands for a special living experience. Of course, you can still bring your ideas and wishes to the interior architecture. The spacious living and dining area with kitchen and an exceptional room height and the very high lift-and-slide windows flood the room and connect it directly to the sun terrace. A special place to experience the seasons both indoors and outdoors. The master bedroom is accessed via a door integrated into the kitchen rear wall. Here, too, you experience the open-ceiling construction with the option of an additional gallery. A walk-in closet, a shower, and a freestanding bathtub with a dreamy view are unique. Another room in the west complements the chalet with its own bathroom. In the western part, there is also a gallery, and in the basement, another room with a panoramic window that you can use as a lounge, office, studio, or whatever idea you find for it. In addition to the almost 60 m2 large sun terrace, there is also a loggia on the lower floor. Here, connections for an outdoor sauna and whirlpool are already planned, to admire the numerous starry skies or to bathe in the snow after the sauna in winter. A parking space in the garage as well as an outdoor parking space are also available.
