The members participate in the decisions and management of the cooperative (assemblies, votes).The goal is to guarantee quality, stable and affordable housing with a community and solidarity spirit.The project in a few words:This housing cooperative project is located in the village of Burtigny, near the main street, and benefits from an unobstructed view of the fields and the Lake Geneva landscape.It plans to build about a dozen apartments, spread over two levels + attic.The future inhabitants will have the possibility to participate from the first stages in the design of their apartment, in order to adapt it to their needs while preserving the architectural harmony of the whole. Common spaces will complement the project, promoting a balance between private life and collective life. The cooperative members will be invited to engage in a real common adventure and contribute to the creation of a sustainable, unique and harmonious living space with the identity of the village.A partnership with the Commune provides for the construction of a parking lot nearby as well as the connection to district heating, powered by an ecological energy source.
