This residential house, originally built in 1919, was comprehensively and extensively renovated in 2013. The planning and architectural support were carried out by the architectural firm Skizzenrolle. The rear part of the house was replaced with a prefabricated construction, with an identical floor plan and statically reinforced with inserted steel beams.
