About the houseWe are offering our furnished family house for rent for a period of three to five months.It is a single house composed of two apartments: • A 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor, currently rented (independently occupied), • And the main part, which we make available, spread over the first and second floors, offering approximately 140 m² of living space. The house also has an exceptional exterior of 4000 m², including: • a large garden, • a wooded area, • a pond, • two beautiful, furnished terraces. You can enjoy quality equipment, designed for comfort and relaxation: • a sauna with a wood stove, • a jacuzzi, • a barbecue, • a wood-fired pizza oven. The environment is particularly calm and preserved, ideal for recharging.Note: Access to the house is via a private, drivable road, and a vehicle is essential. Why this rental?We are a couple in our forties, and we have decided to take a sabbatical of a few months to travel through Europe.During this period, we wish to make our house available to tenants who will appreciate this unique living space, take care of it, and respect it as their own.
