Unsere Wohnungen können ab 3 Nächten bis zu einem Monat oder über mehrere Jahre gemietet werden.Nur für kurze Zeit haben wir ein besonderes Angebot für Sie: Spezialpreis von CHF 1'800.- pro Monat gültig bis 30. Juni 2024. Ab dem 1. Juli 2024 gilt wieder ein Preis von CHF 1'900.-Am Zihlmattweg 44 vermieten wir insgesamt 16 x2.5 Zimmerwohnungen. Die möblierten Wohnungen sind komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet und bieten alles, was Sie für einen Ferien- oder Geschäftsaufenthalt in Luzern benötigen. Nebst einem gemütlichen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich bestehend 2-3 Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsofa, finden sich in den Wohnungen auch eine kleine Küchenecke und selbstverständlich ein privates Badezimmer. Zudem ist eine Sitzgelegenheit mit Esstisch und Stühlen vorhanden. Die Wohnungen haben ebenfalls einen eigenen Balkon, wo Sie abends entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen können. Auf kompakter Wohnfläche finden Sie in dieser 2.5 Zimmerwohnung maximalen Komfort.In unserem Service sind folgende Leistungen inbegriffen: sämtliche Nebenkosten, WLAN Internet, TV, monatliche Zwischenreinigung, Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher. In der Waschküche im Erdgeschoss können Sie zudem jederzeit kostenlos Ihre Wäsche waschen.Für Buchungen länger als 30 Tage, ist eine Kaution von CHF 2000.00 fällig. Die Endreinigung beträgt CHF 200.00. Die Serafe Radio- und Fernsehabgabe ist nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und muss vom Mieter bezahlt werden.Die Luzerner Allmend, wo sich unsere Wohnungen befinden, bietet hervorragende Freizeit- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe an. Unweit von den Wohnungen befindet sich das Luzerner Messergelände, wo regelmässig interessante Messen stattfinden, wie beispielsweise die Erlebnismesse LUGA.Zudem gibt es neben dem modernen Apartmentgebäude ein Sportgebäude mit Hallenbad, Wellnessmöglichkeiten und Fitnesscenter. Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ebenfalls ein Migros Supermarkt.Das Stadtzentrum und den Bahnhof erreichen Sie vom Zihlmattweg 44 bequem mit dem Bus Nummer 20 in wenigen Minuten. The apartments are comfortable and practically furnished and offer everything you need for a holiday or business stay in Lucerne. In addition to a cozy sleeping and living area consisting of 2-3 single beds and a sofa bed, the apartments also provide a small kitchen and of course a private bathroom. There is also a seating area with a dining table and chairs. The apartments also provide a private balcony, where you can relax in the evening and end the day. On a compact living space you will find a maximum of comfort in this 2.5 room apartments.The following services are included: all additiona costs, wifi internet, TV, monthly cleaning, bedding and towels. In the laundry room on the ground floor, you can wash your clothes for free at any time.For bookings longer than 30 days, a deposit of CHF 2000.00 is due. The final cleaning fee is CHF 200.00. The Serafe radio and television fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.The Allmend in Lucerne, where our apartments are located, offers excellent leisure and recreational opportunities in the immerdiate vicinity. Not far from our apartments are the fairgrounds from Lucerne, where interesting trade fairs regularly take place, such as the LUGA adventure fair.Additionally, you will find a sports building with an indoor pool, spa facilities and fitness center next to the modern apartment building. In the same building as the sports building is also a Migros supermarket.From Zihlmattweg 44, you can easily reach the city center and the train station by bus in a few minutes. It is also possible to take the train from the Allmend/Messe train station.
