It has a separate bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), which can be combined into a double bed on request. The spacious sofa bed in the living area (160x200 cm, with slatted frame) offers space for two more people. For families with small children, a baby bed is also available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso machine with milk frother, water cooker, toaster, soda steamer, and much more. A washing machine with integrated dryer is also available to make longer stays comfortable. A reserved outdoor parking space is located directly in front of the house (marked with LEBENSWERK Home).
