I work at the Stiftung Buchegg Muri near Bern. A small apartment in the Gümligen region would be perfect for me. About 1.5 to 2.5 rooms, with or without a balcony. Gross costs around 1100-1300 francs. The floor and year of construction are unimportant to me. As long as it's without mold, warm, and bright. I would gladly take care of renovation and also basic cleaning for the handover/takeover of the apartment (I do it professionally)
