Im persönlichen Kellerabteil (im Plan mit W1 markiert) hat es einen Waschturm mit Waschmaschine/Tumbler zur alleinigen Benutzung. ÖV-Anbindung und Autobahnanschluss:Der Bahnhof Oberwinterthur ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Winterthur und in ca. 28 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Zürich. Die A1 Oberwinterthur ist 3km entfernt.
