Just 5 minutes from the center of the Anzère ski resort, let yourself be charmed by this lovely 2.5-room apartment with 32 m2 of living space + 3.5 m2 balcony, close to nature. The building with 9 apartments was built in 1978 (altitude 1'500 m) using PPE construction. The apartment and building are in good general condition.
This small building is easily accessible all year round (including the winter season). 3 outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the garages at the foot of the building. This apartment will allow you to find yourself in a pleasant and quiet living space, away from daily stress. The sun exposure is favorable and allows you to enjoy the surrounding green nature.

Location:
Anzère is perched on a sunny plateau at 1'500 m altitude, overlooking the Rhone valley. Sion, the capital of the canton, is just 15 km away. Anzère was born in the 1960s. The ski resort boasts a superb view of the Rhone valley and the Valais Alps and is also a magnificent hiking area in summer, with walks along historic bisses.
Anzère is located in the Ayent municipality, in the central Valais, at the foot of the Wildhorn massif, between larch and fir forests, and enjoys a almost Mediterranean microclimate.
This ski resort is still young, before 1960 it only had five small chalets. The privileged location has led to rapid growth, and so Anzère has become a modern but human-sized holiday village. In the surrounding area, you can still find many mayens, primitive alpine dwellings made of stone or sun-weathered wood.
In the Ayent-Anzère region, which has a full south exposure and records one of the lowest precipitation rates in Switzerland, farmers have built many bisses, typical Valais irrigation canals. The municipality is crossed by three main bisses with a length of 70 km. The first bisses date back to the mid-15th century.
