A house with many levels. When building the houses, the terrain was taken into account and responded to. This resulted in the split-level construction at the time. That means there are half-stories. Connected with "half" stairs. This has its advantages and offers a special room experience.

The house is basement. In the basement are the usual cellar rooms, as well as the technology of the district heating. Today, the houses are supplied by the district heating of the corporation with a central wood chip heating.

On the entrance floor are the entrance hall, a toilet and the comfortable living-kitchen. A few steps higher is the living room with a chimney oven and exit to the beautiful and spacious garden. The seating area is partially covered.

A bathroom (shower/WC) and a children's room are located on the third level. A few steps higher is a practical anteroom and a room with a balcony.

Again, a few steps higher, you will find the second bathroom (shower/WC) and right next to it a large room with a dormer window.

On the highest level, directly under the roof, is an attic room with a beautiful view into the green.

An outdoor parking space and a garage can be purchased with the house.
