Looking for something exceptional... an equestrian facility with high standards?

In Mallorca, near Montuiri in the municipality of Algaida, we are selling a great equestrian facility for approximately 9-10 horses. (The equestrian facility could be expanded).

Large pastures, plenty of space - on almost 7ha of land, your horses can roam freely as much as they want. Various pastures allow for alternating pasture use and rest. Various trees provide shade and partly enclose the outer boundary, so the property is not directly visible and also has shady spots inside the facility for rest breaks for humans and animals.

The stables are equipped with plenty of air and light, yet solidly and coolly built. A saddle room, a room for riders with a shower and a small kitchenette are naturally available.

The equestrian facility, in addition to the stable buildings, includes a large riding arena with a covered grandstand and a round pen, as well as a complete facility for operation. (A barn for hay and straw, a shelter for machinery, a delivery area for a muck heap - so that the manure can be easily disposed of, are included.
A private well for the horses (there are 3 wells on the property) and a private covered parking area for approximately 4 cars or horse trailers are available.

The stable is easily accessible on foot from the house. Flies or odors do not reach the house. A short path through a beautiful garden allows the owners to see their horses after a short walk.

The estate itself can be accessed through an electrically operated wrought-iron gate. With a remote control, it can be opened and the gate to the entrance of the great estate glides smoothly to the side. A shelter for about 5 cars is located inside the facility, directly on the access road. The shelter is covered and provides shade for the vehicles even in summer.

Also near the entrance is the donkey stable. Up to four donkeys can find space here, and the building is charming. (Other small animals could also be housed here). Electricity and water are available.

Further in the direction of the estate, there is a small, cozy corner with trees and palms and a small artificial stream that feeds a fountain standing in a small pond. Under these beautiful trees, you can enjoy the coolness and the view of the garden. The place is perfect for an aperitif...

Further up the main path, you will find the stately estate house. This is currently divided into several units.

The main part is the largest and is located in the middle of the house. Individual units exist on both sides. An air conditioning system is available for each unit.

Of course, the house could be reopened and used for a larger family - or the units could be left for guests, or one could even consider renting the units as Airbnb.

The pool house is actually a separate apartment or even a house. It has its own kitchen with enough space for a dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful bedroom and living room.
At the stable, there is also a small service apartment - which could be used for staff or guests.

The pool area is spacious and beautifully enclosed. A special glass cover can be driven over the pool, so it can be used even in the transitional period. A beautiful arcade is covered with blooming climbing plants in the summer.

There are 2 approaches to the house. The "official" one - the beautiful one with the driveway to the house and the circular road to leave the estate. The road is lined with white oleander. In spring/early summer, they are a dream. From here, the road continues to the stable - but also the 2nd road, which leads to the back of the estate house to the double garage...
