Ground floor

It consists of a central room, opening onto the kitchen and accessing the bathroom. A small, very cozy bedroom will take you to beautiful dreams, lulled by the distant sound of the Dixence. There is also a small, open storage room opening onto the living space.

Upper floor

Here you will find the mezzanine above the bedroom with a large chest where you can store plenty of bedding and other items. Above the kitchen, there is an attic accessible with a hatch.

Basement

There is a large cellar with a water reservoir and space for equipment. The room is large and there is still plenty of space.

The 4'610 m2 plot includes about 1'000 m2 of pasture, the rest in more or less dense forests. The plot is accessed by a fairly steep forest path, it is possible to park several vehicles. A pedestrian path completes the access in less than a minute on foot and the vehicles are no longer visible from the mayen. The mayen is viable all year round, but access in winter takes about 5 minutes. Water is provided by a spring and two 1'000-liter tanks allow storage. The heating is autonomous by wood. Solar panels provide electricity during the day and a small battery allows energy autonomy at night. The chalet allows complete autonomy outside the networks (water and electricity) and related taxes.
