The studio house, built in 1981, is one of the most exceptional residential houses in Gockhausen. The building, executed in exposed concrete, impresses with its striking architectural language. Designed by a well-known Zurich graphic designer and art lover, who himself lived in the house, and architecturally implemented by a Zurich architect, an exceptional single-family house was created.

Embedded in a quiet residential area and surrounded by old tree stock, the property offers a lot of privacy. The terrace with two greenhouses creates a seamless transition to the interior. In the rear garden, a separate studio building with approximately 16 m² complements the versatile room offer.

White ceramic plates, cubic islands, and a continuous grid give the interior rooms graphic precision. Generous glazing, striking bay windows, and the open room design over three floors allow the interior and exterior spaces to blend together. A steel staircase in industrial design and the sculptural chimney set further accents. Numerous artworks created by the owners as well as works by renowned Swiss artists give the house a special atmosphere and creative character.
