The small house is located in a rural area in the "Feriendorf Walde" in Schmiedrued, Aargau. Directly adjacent to the small settlement is the public outdoor pool with a restaurant. There is also a small deer park on the premises.

The house, built in 2021 with loving details, has an open living room with kitchen and dining area. This room is attractive due to the open ceiling construction with a room height of 3.5 meters, and you immediately feel at home.
