Hi everyone, I'm Simone and I'm 32 years old. I'm looking for a roommate or a roommates, with whom I can share a large, fully renovated, detached house located in Caslano. I would like to avoid looking for a subletter, because I've fallen in love with this house but from September I will have to stay abroad for several months.
The area is very quiet and is literally just two steps away from the lake. In less than a minute's walk, you'll find the station of the little train (FLP) that connects Caslano, with Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy).
The idea is to rent one of the three large double rooms, which is already furnished and share the common areas of the house, which is composed of:
- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher and glass-ceramic hob;
- Dining room + Living room;
- 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower, one of which will be given for exclusive use to whoever rents the room);
- Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipment;
- Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have barbecues or sunbathe;
- 2 private parking spaces (one for the exclusive use of the person renting the room) + 1 garage;
- Cellar that can be used + private laundry room with washing machine and dryer;
- Unlimited Wi-Fi included;
- Private electric car charging column;
- External balcony overlooking the garden;
THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 650.- PER MONTH, PLUS 50.- FOR VARIOUS UTILITIES.
