The village-forming, knitted semi-detached house was built in its current form in 1557.
The planned construction project includes the comprehensive renovation of the western semi-detached house and the barn. The main house will be carefully renovated and refurbished. In the process, it will be transformed from a single residential unit to a "house with three floor apartments". Two 3½-room apartments and one 2½-room apartment will be created. The existing barn will be demolished and replaced by a new building section that corresponds to the volume of the old barn. In this annex, a 3½-room apartment will be built, which will span two floors and be supplemented with a balcony on the south side.
The character of the house will be preserved, which is characterized by the alternation between knitted and masonry chambers. The apartments are high-quality materialized with parquet, wooden windows, and built-in furniture.
Behind the thick walls of the medieval tower, which once offered protection and security, bright rooms are now opening up in an ambiance that preserves the charm of the old building and at the same time offers the highest living comfort with a modern, high-quality standard.
