Building permit is available - construction start in the 4th quarter of 2026

In the municipality of Buch am Irchel, ten highly attractive semi-detached houses and 6 condominiums in a multi-family house are being built, in addition to the former smithy building, which is under monument protection.

In the old smithy, an open-plan apartment with a gallery is also being created. The concept of shared infrastructure for all units (basement with underground parking and cellar rooms), the division and design of the buildings, as well as the choice of materials for the facades, enable a harmonious integration into the village environment.

Furthermore, the arrangement of the buildings will create a natural center within the settlement, inviting you to linger, barbecue, or let children play safely, as there is no traffic to disturb. On the outskirts, at Bruppichstrasse, 5 outdoor parking spaces are being created, which can be used by visitors.
